Why on Earth, did a World-Class Magician decide to leave the world of entertainment and enter the Industry of Network Marketing?

Well, the brutal answer is that stardom isn't all it's cracked up to be. The hours are hellish and the schedule grueling. What is worse is that I was missing out on "life". My kids were growing up and I wasn't there because I was on a gig. I missed virtually every family event imaginable over a 15 year period. But I justified it because I was making good money.

Then 9/11 happened and the entire bottom fell out of the entertainment market. Virtually all of my shows were canceled that year. Over time things went from bad to worse.

I took my family on vacation to get my mind off of the fact that despite my earlier success, I was now only a few months away from destitution once my savings dried up.

My oldest daughter was about 6 at the time. She has ADHD which has been a struggle for her in many ways. The progress me has made in recent years has been wonderful, but she still has some of the tell-tale signs of the condition. Chief among which is that she is prone to drop things. But she is the kindest most pure hearted girl you will ever meet in your entire life.

When we were in Orlando we had a blast. But the trip at that time was a strain financially. So much so that I really watched every penny while we were there. It was fun for the kids but all I could think was about all the money being spent.

Well on about the third day of the trip we were having lunch. Of course the kids wanted Slush's with lunch that cost a staggering 6 dollars each because at theme parks they kill you on the food cost... but at least the drinks came with cute straws that they could take home...Small consolation.

Well as fate would have it my daughter did as expected, and that was spill the drink. She could tell how angry I was and It was showing. In her eyes I could see how ashamed she was of herself because she is a very sharp kid and she knew how much that drink cost. I distinctly remember her sobbing under her breath..."what did I do?" It tore me up inside and it was that little incident that made me swear to myself that I would never let anything so damn stupid as a spilled drink make anyone feel bad ever again. Especially my daughter.

It made me realize that in order to let things like that slide off your back, you need to be in a financial situation where money is "your" servant, not the other way around.

Fast forward 6 years later to the present. My daughter is now 12 years old. She is still the sweetest kid in the world. But now things are different...how different?

I'm sure many of you are aware that Miley Cyrus (daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus) is the hottest young entertainer in the world right now.
